For the first gastronomic event of this new Chinese year, el Willy will be partnering up with House of Flour to bring to you the best tapas and desserts!

Willy and Brian have been working to put together this happy chocolate dream, and the evening of Wednesday February 24^th promises to be unique.

From the king crab to the sexy chicken & lobster, the menu will prepare the mouth before Brian’s chocolate creations, using the most expensive and refined cocoa that can be found in the world.

Come join us for this unique get together, and let the two chefs take your taste buds on a travel to chocolate Paradise!

The charge per guest for the complete menu will be of only rmb498, and RSVP (through email or at 5404-5757) is essential as the seating will be limited.

King Crab tartar with avocado, white mushrooms & lime basil sorbet

Seared bay scallops, fresh herb emulsion & citrus zest

Organic egg cooked at 65°C, fresh green peas, blood sausage & spring morel mushrooms

Beef consommé & pork-truffle ravioli

Organic garden leaves, strawberries with balsamic vinegar & Sichuan pepper, candied walnuts
