Our Tokyo trip purpose was to soak Tokyo´s Ginza cocktail culture, meet bartenders and buy special utensils for our new project called “el Cóctel” wich hopefully will become a reality by the middle of October..

It is amazing how Japanese bartenders have taken the Cocktail culture to “another level” of perfection..

All juices for the drinks are from natural fruits freshly squeezed in front of the costumers.. Diferent ice cut shapes in beautiful chunks or balls.. delicate fine glasses… very large  sellection of aged whisky and rare spirits..
