我在本月17号会去香港FOFO哦！此行的亮点是菜单中非常特殊的食材，尽量选取了当季最流行及新鲜的原料配料。帝王蟹，深海鲜贝，海胆，迷你乌贼，伊比利亚散养猪肉，鹿肉等等。并采用最具创意的方法来烹制。

Next special visit to FoFo in Hong Kong this year will be next Tuesday January 17th!
